PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring that client data needs are understood and addressed effectively.
  • advanced analytics tools and techniques to analyze data effectively.
  • Translating Raw Data into Actionable Insights by converting raw data into meaningful insights that can drive decision-making.
  • Simplifying complex data into easy-to-understand, goal-oriented reports for stakeholders.
  • Contributing to ongoing innovation efforts by leveraging data insights to identify new opportunities or improvements.
  • Using data analysis to support business growth initiatives and strategies.
  • Conducting thorough analysis and interpretation of data sets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Presenting insights derived from data analysis to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Identifying areas where processes or strategies can be optimized or enhanced based on data findings.
  • Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting appropriate combination of methods and tools within defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
  • Measure ROI of online advertising campaigns
  • Report on marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
  • Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
  • Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
  • Collaborate within a cohesive team (including Strategist, Project Management, etc.) to analyze client objectives, evaluate potential options, offer recommendations, and formulate solutions.
  • Undertake additional projects, assignments, and tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a data analyst in marketing automation and / or sales automation or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 2-3 years relevant experience with a MA platform (preferability Eloqua)
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com (must have)
  • Experience in analyzing data using various analytical techniques and tools to derive meaningful insights.
  • Knowledge of database languages such as SQL, R, or Python; spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; and data visualization software such as Tableau, PowerBI or Qlik.

Mathematical and statistical skills are also valuable to help gather, measure, organize, and analyze data.

  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner, both orally and in writing, to various stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating goal-oriented reports that effectively communicate insights and drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated track record of contributing to innovation efforts through data analysis and insight generation.
  • Understanding of business processes and objectives, and the ability to align data analysis efforts with organizational goals.
  • Capacity to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancements based on data analysis and insights.
  • Familiarity with key phases within the B2Bproject lifecycle and the ability to participate effectively in these phases.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent training / experience
  • MA and / or CRM certification (considered an asset)

  • Strong mathematical & numeracy skills.
  • Strong understanding of databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Understanding of reporting & data visualization tools such as Business Objects, PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Understanding of website scripts such as XML, JavaScript, JSON.
  • Digital marketing analytics tools including Google 360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Adobe Marketing Suite.
  • Excellent analytical skills – the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.

  • Presentation skills ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.
